Music at Manly

Music at Manly is dedicated to bringing the finest Australian talent to perform on the peninsula.

Music at Manly (produced by the Manly Music Club) is a not-for-profit organisation affiliated with the Federated Music Clubs of Australia NSW Council Inc.

We are an inclusive organisation not simply a membership organisation and are set up to inspire and support young people and performers.

Our aim is to work with the wider community to ensure that music can reach the widest possible audience. We always endeavor to program interesting and varied programmes, and welcome the ideas and wishes from our public.

We provide 5 mostly classical concerts each year for the benefit of subscribers, guests and visitors. We choose talented performers so that you may enjoy a variety of excellent music at the concerts.

Our concerts are mostly held on Fridays at 8.00pm in the Cardinal Ceretti Chapel, St Patrick’s Estate, 151 Darley Rd, Manly.
Parking is available at St Paul’s College in Darley Rd opposite St Patrick’s Estate.

 

This beautiful and historic venue was formerly the St Patricks Seminary.
The sandstone building has long been an icon of the Manly area, and is now used by the International Hotel School.

 

Music At Manly is in its 73rd season of providing fine music for subscribers and visitors.

 

Acknowlegdements

Music At Manly is assisted by a grant from Manly Council.

Music Clubs in New South Wales provide 130 concerts a year for audiences, totalling around 15,000 and disburse more than $30,000 in awards, scholarships and eisteddfod prizes.
